In today's busy world, even our little ones can benefit from a moment of tranquility. Our mindfulness sessions are designed to introduce children to the art of staying present, easing their minds, and embracing the beauty of each moment.

Through playful exercises, simple meditations, and captivating stories, we help your children develop essential life skills that set a foundation for a
lifetime of well-being.

"The ‘Kid’s Yoga & Mindfulness’ classes in Belcarra have been an excellent experience. Sophie has thoroughly enjoyed them and she looks forward to going to these each week. She arrives home after the classes and she happily demonstrates what she has learnt by teaching her younger sister. She proudly shows her creations and she explains what each activity was. She has gained a lot of confidence in herself and we have loved to see her thrive and grow. We would highly recommend these classes for other children, it is a fantastic way for our children to meet others outside of school and for them to continue to develop and learn new strategies to help them cope when something feels a little bit overwhelming for them.
